What fees does Flex charge?

Flex offers free ACH transfers, wires, global payments, and mobile check deposits. There is a flat 1% currency fee on international wires.

How secure is Flex banking?

Flex banking accounts offer up to $3 million in FDIC insurance for funds on deposit through Thread Bank, Member FDIC, advanced encryption, and real-time fraud monitoring.

What currencies are supported?

Flex Banking supports up to 32⁺ currency denominations. There is a flat 1% currency fee on international wires.

Are my deposits FDIC insured?

Yes, funds available for deposit in your Flex Banking accounts are FDIC insured up to $3,000,000 through our partner bank, Thread Bank, Member FDIC.

In addition, Flex customers can access up to $75 Million in FDIC insurance through Flex Treasury Management.

Does Flex have any physical locations?

Flex is a fully digital financial platform and does not have any physical branches or locations. This allows us to reduce overhead costs and pass on the savings to our customers.

Can I apply for an account if i am not physically in the U.S.?

Absolutely. Flex proudly supports U.S. companies founded by global entrepreneurs. Businesses must have current or planned U.S. operations and a U.S. or international address (residential, not a registered agent, PO box, or UPS box).

Does Flex charge fees for ACH or wires payments?

Flex Banking includes free ACH and Wire Transfers. There are no fees associated with initiating an ACH or Wire payment.
